Service Policy

Smoky Banya is a delivered-to-you service. We bring the wood-fired mobile sauna to your location, set it up, light the first fire, and collect it when your session ends. This page explains where we go, when we arrive, and what we need from you.

Service area

We serve the Knoxville, Tennessee area and the surrounding East Tennessee region, including Maryville and the Smoky Mountains. If your location is outside this area, contact us before booking and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.

What is delivered

The sauna trailer with its cedar-lined cabin, the Kuuma wood-burning stove and stones, benches, accessories, and two bundles of firewood. Add-ons you select when booking — cold plunge, additional firewood bundles, traditional venik, sauna hats — are delivered with the sauna.

When we arrive and leave

• Morning Banya: delivered and set up before your chosen start time (7:00, 7:30 or 8:00 a.m.); collected after your six-hour session ends.
• Evening Banya: delivered and set up before your chosen start time (4:00, 4:30 or 5:00 p.m.); collected after your six-hour session ends.
• Whole Day Banya: delivered and set up before 8:00 a.m.; collected after 10:00 p.m.

We confirm exact arrival timing with you before your session. We deliver Monday through Saturday; bookings are accepted at least 12 hours before the session start.

What we need at your location

• A solid, level, open spot reachable by a pickup truck towing a trailer, with safe clearance from buildings, vehicles, trees and overhead lines.
• Permission from the property owner to host the sauna there.
• Someone 18 or older present to receive the sauna and the safety briefing.
• Once positioned, the sauna and trailer must not be moved. For your safety we may decline delivery if there is no safe place to leave the sauna.

Weather and safety

If we determine that conditions are unsafe for delivery or operation — storms, high winds or road conditions — we reschedule your session at no cost, or refund you in full if no new date works. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What it costs

Delivery, setup and pickup within our service area are included in your session price. There are no additional mileage or travel charges at this time.

Payment and currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Payment is collected securely online at checkout; until our card processing is activated, we confirm payment with you before your session.
