• Booking details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, chosen date, session and add-ons, any setup notes you include on the booking form, and your typed signature accepting the Rental Agreement and Sauna Use Waiver (with the time of acceptance).
• Basic technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your booking request, confirm availability, and deliver your session.
• To send you email about your own booking — a copy of your request, confirmations, and scheduling updates.
• To contact you if something about your session changes.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.

Who else touches your data

• Email delivery: booking emails are sent through a transactional email provider, which processes your email address solely to deliver those messages.
• Payments: when payment is collected, it is processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on this website.
• Hosting: the site is hosted on secure infrastructure with encryption (HTTPS) on every page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as needed to operate the business, meet our legal and tax obligations, and handle any follow-up about your session. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
