Refund & Cancellation
Policy

Every Smoky Banya session is a private, delivered-to-you experience that we prepare, transport and set up just for you. This policy explains exactly what happens if plans change — ours or yours.

If you need to cancel

• 7 or more days before your session: full refund.
• 3–6 days before your session: a free reschedule to any open date, or a 50% refund.
• Within 72 hours of your session: no refund; a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Weather and safety

If we determine that conditions are unsafe for delivery or operation — storms, high winds, or road conditions — we will reschedule your session at no cost, or issue a full refund if no new date works for you. You never lose money on a cancellation we make.

If we cancel for any other reason

You receive a full refund, no questions asked.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. All prices and refunds are in U.S. dollars (USD).

How to cancel or reschedule

Email us at steam@smokybanya.com or call (850) 621-2532 with your name and booking date. We confirm every cancellation or reschedule by reply.
